Working across global corporations, startups, and civil society, a tension became impossible to ignore:
The gap between strategy and real impact.
I saw strategies that held up on paper, yet struggled to move with the complexity of the world they were meant to change. I saw frameworks designed to create accountability, but unable to keep pace with a reality defined by uncertainty, interdependence, and constant shift.
Over time, it became clear—these models were not built for the world we are now operating in.
So I stepped away to build something different.
Exel Impact was created as a response—a new kind of strategy and acceleration platform for leaders working at the edge of what’s emerging, where the path is not yet defined, and where impact depends on the ability to adapt as much as to plan.
It is grounded in a belief shaped through experience: that meaningful change requires leadership that can hold complexity, move fluidly across systems, and act with both clarity and adaptability in the face of uncertainty.
It is focused on seeing patterns early, understanding where the world is moving, and helping build toward it before it becomes obvious.
That is where Exel Impact is uniquely positioned.
Drawing on experience across business, investment, and impact—and shaped by a global perspective and a deep connection to the natural world, especially the ocean—this work bridges strategy with the realities it must hold.
At its core is RE/frame™:A living, adaptive approach to strategy and leadership—designed to move with complexity, not against it.
Exel Impact partners with founders, executives, and investors navigating uncertainty, shaping new markets, and working at the intersection of climate, nature, and human systems.
Not to provide fixed answers—but to work alongside them to see clearly, act decisively, and build solutions that can evolve as the world does.
The future won’t be built by following what exists. It will be shaped by those willing to define what comes next.

“By stepping into undefined spaces, building what didn’t exist, and walking away from what wasn’t aligned, my passion and profession became one. There is no single path. Trust yourself, hone your craft, and gather great people around you. Purpose moves when you do.”
